The first video killed me! It made me feel so out of shape, I thought it'd be easy since I've been walking and biking for a couple of weeks, but those are nothing compared to this.
Regardless, we can do this! emoticon

I have been doing the workouts that you build here at Spark and I too was a little out of breath. I did the modified jumping jacks as my breasts are large and I can't do that or run. Where do we find cardio exercises? I have a stationary bike but was looking for something more. Guess I want to be lead by the nose. I have only 2 wk off between semester in college and hope to get some weight off and going.

I finished the first video yesterday too and it was alot tougher than I expected it to be. I had to pause it a couple of times to catch my breath and I couldn't do all of the up/downs either. Hang in there though, I think it will get easier for both of us!!!

Okay I just finished the first video with coach Nicole and it was rough. I mean the stuff isn't hard but realizing just how out of shape I am was kinda depressing. But, I'm here and that is a start! :) I can not do the mountain climbers or the up/downs because of a knee issue I am dealing with but other then that I think i did well! We'll see how day 2 goes!
