As far as I know, you just redo the same 7 workouts each week, but with week 2 you add 2 new bonus videos to 2 days of week 2. Not sure what you do for week three. Just go to the page that has the Week 2 action steps ( where you would check it if you completed it) and click on week 2, it tells you everything that you need to do for that new week. Hope this helps

New to this challenge....do we just do the same 7 videos every week, or is there new ones in week 2? I'm confused.

Hey everyone, I made it through week 1 without passing out or keeling over:) I have hit it pretty hard this first week and intend to keep it up until this challenge is over. This is my first week here at SP and my first challenge, so I am doing my best to stick it out.
