Week 1 Day 2 complete! Not too bad. 5 lb weights for the squats & deadlifts. A little tricky to balance doing the lunges, but I was tired from cardio done before this one (C25K).

Day 2 was more stretching like the ones I have been doing. It was the jumping jacks that took my breath away.

Day 2 was pretty good. I too was afraid after doing day one. lol Hopefully I can complete the whole 28 days, and then start all over and do it again, but easier next time around.

yeah, I too found Day 2 workout a little easier than y'days.......hope the feel-good effect lasts just as long!!

Do we get points for these workouts? I can't see where to book them in..

I was dreading that day 2 would be harder than day one. But it wasn't for me! I even did the video twice and thinking about doing it one more time before bed. Hopefully tomorrow will give me this same feeling of accomplishment.
