My goal is to no longer look like I am pregnant.... I have never been pregnant and I would prefer if people stopped asking me if I was.... I started to lose weight about a year and a half ago and have lost about 50 lbs since then... I would love to be able to wear a really hot bikini this summer :D

I joined because with the holidays... ahh screw it no more excuses... I joined because I gained back some of the weight I lost because I got too comfortable and I am not that comfortable with how I look anymore....

I am excited about completing this challenge with a group. My goal is to get healthier. I would like to lose 20 pounds by June (this would put me at my pre-baby weight, that I have been holding onto entirely too long!).

My goal is to complete the challenge by consistently tracking my food and exercise. I am reasonably fit and have a consistent gym schedule, but my mood drags in the cold months. I hope to battle blue moods by working through this challenge every day.

Hi, my main goal is to lose ten pounds by the end of this challenge by eating more healthily and making exercise a habit. I also want to snack less in-between meals and stop eating after 7pm. Good luck everyone!

I joined because I needed an excuse to get in the habit of using weights regularly for strengthening exercises! and also to meet the goals set by YOU ON A DIET team leader MAIZEY
I would like to have lost one pound a week by the end of this month. which would get me to 161.
Even though I work out usually every day on the Elliptical for 30 minutes or so I consider my lifestyle as Sedentary. I am 84 years old and move allot more slowly than most of you so I have to be realistic.
So my nutrition goals are to not go beyond 1437 in calories daily,up to 35 grams of fiber, up to 85 grams of protein, up to 163 carbs, and limit my fat intake to 25.
I use the Vegetarian Meal Plans supplied by SPARKS, tweaking them to reach my personal nutrition goals. Thank you SPARKS!

Choose wisely what we do with our bodies ! #
We are Making good food choices , and tracking on Nutrition page keeps us healthy! #
Thank God for our blessings!#

My goal is to be fit and fab by my fiftieth birthday. I have been half heartedly trying to loose weight for the last 5 years and I let small things derail me. But not this time. I am going to ride this train to fifty.

My goal is to make it through this workout challenge. I am going to do my 10 minute workout videos before going to work in the morning (except on the weekends). For my cardio, I plan on going to Zumba classes at least 2 times a week and run 3 times a week. That will be my 5 cardio days. I also plan on watching what I eat. I bought several fruits and vegies to eat this week. I am going to get back on track after the holiday season.

I joined because this year I am committed to preparing to earn my Black Belt in Karate. I am 48 and have been working toward this goal for 4 years. I have said I would like to have my Black Belt by the time I am 50 so here goes. It will take a great deal of planning and commitment to get there. The tentative date for the grading is November so I have 11 months to; lose 40 lbs, increase my cardio stamina and increase my flexibility. My goal it to use the next 28 days to set the foundation to get me to my ultimate goal in November.

My goal is also to keep it simple, just do 10 minutes of training each day, keep track of what I eat and work to get in those 10 minutes of extra cardio training 5 times per week.

I've joined this challenge because I did the one last year and it was AMAZING. It set me up for a very successful year (55 pounds lost). I've fallen into a few bad habits over Christmas so just need a little kick to get back on track.

I had my first baby 7 weeks ago and I'm trying to get back to pre-pregnancy weight and shape. I don't want to set a specific weight loss goal for the challenge. I just want to lose some weight and gain some energy. I want this to be my jumping off point to getting healthy again.

I'm joining this challenge because I need the extra motivation to work out and eat healthily. I'm hoping to lose at least 5 pounds in the next 28 days and an inch or two off my waist and thighs. I want to be in better shape, and I believe this workout challenge will help me do just that.

i have so much weight to lose.

My 2011 goal is 100 pounds (That's about two pounds a week).

My 28 day goal is four pounds.

Although I wonder if I should shoot for more because my weight seems to flucuate 4 pounds in a single day.

My goal is to establish a long term routine for fitness and health. If weight loss happens, I will be happy, but If I complete the 28 days, I will be estatic. emoticon

I need a boost to resume my pursuit of a fitter body and better eating habits. The injury and the resulting surgery which left me with recurring knee swelling and pain also sidelined my exercise program. Fatigue and depression contributed to my poor eating habits. I know that I need to change my life style. I'm hoping this will help me set new healthier habits. I need to lose 35 lbs. Ultimately, I would like to lose 50.

I joined this challenge on 1/1/11 to keep my momentum going. I was doing a challege at church to keep track of my fitness minutes between November 1 and January 1. That challenge ended yesterday, so I wanted something else to keep me motivated.

I've been somewhat stuck at the same weight for a few months. I'm hoping to start losing weight again, now that the holidays are over.

My short term goals are to lose 5 lbs by the end of the month and run 3x a week.

My long term goals for this year are to lose these last 20 lbs, run in the Crazy 8s 8k, and participate in the relay portion of the Haunted Half Marathon.

My goal...
I want to start good habits so I may be a good example to my children. I want to be healthier than I've been since starting college. Something more quantifiable? I'd like to get down to a size 6 and/or 130 lbs. I no longer want to be in the "overweight" category on the weight charts. I'm in the middle of a longer weightloss goal. Originally my goal was to no longer be in the "obese" category. I've made progress!!
