I'm joining this challenge to take things up just a notch. The last Bootcamp I did gave me unexpected improvement in my flexibility and reduced joint and back pain in addition to toning muscles and taking off inches.

I joined the challenge because I'm tired of taking blood pressure pills. I'm tired of not feeling good in my clothes and I'm tired looking in the mirror and hating what I see. My goal is to loose enough weight and feel a little lighter and look a little less bloated emoticon

Starting today! I've done this before and I felt amazing within 2 weeks. It's a great start to get back into a healthy lifestyle. I'm ready!

Challenge Goals:

I will to lose 10 lbs. (did it before!)
I will be walking a faster 30 min walk easily by the end

I am here because I used to be very committed to exercising daily and eating healthy. Somewhere along the path of raising two teenage athletes and running a business I fell out of sync. I need and want to get back on track. Small changes (like 10 minutes a day) can add up to big changes.

I am here because I want to get fit at 44! This sounds like a great challenge to get me started on my goals of losing 50 pounds, being fit for me and my family, to start exercising daily, and to follow a very healthy diet! My goals are to dedicate myself to walking daily. When I walk consistently, I lose weight. My issue is that I get bored so easily. I am tracking my food and doing strength training exercises. I would just like to stay on track so that I can get in the best shape of my life!

I did this challenge several years ago and lost 11 inches during the month. Then life happened, a family member became ill, and I was the primary caregiver. I completely derailed, but now I'm back! I have lost 14 lbs. since May of this year. Now it's time to kick it up a notch. ~ and besides, SparkCoach said I should. emoticon

I am joining because I have never had to exercise to be small and fit. Although I am not big, I could lose 20 pounds to get to my normal weight and I am almost 40 and gravity is starting to set. I need this to establish a healthier view of execise and to create a healthier lifestyle.

I'm joining this challenge because I need something to motivate me!
I had my first baby 10 months ago, and I still havent been able to get any of the weight off. The worse part is, I know I can, I just haven't really tried... I keep falling off the wagon. But not this time!
I will get back into the shape I was in before I was pregnant. I WILL complete this challenge. I WILL do even better than I want to, and I WILL be healthy for my family and for me.

I started this group when I first joined SP a couple of years ago.. and well.. here I am dedicating myself to weight loss. But I dont want just weight loss, I want to weight train and really reach my goals!
So I started day one of week one yesterday. I love the videos wasn't as tough as I thought it was gonna be! So happy at that!
My goal at the very end, once all my smaller goals are met, is to weight train my ass off and easily lift 300 (like I was close to before). I wanna have the defined arms and legs. I wanna be able to run a marathon. I wanna do it all!

I started week 1 today and did day 1. It was just ok, though more strenuous than I anticipated. My goal is to shore up my physical activities in accelerating my weight loss process. In these 28 days, I want to lose at least 8lbs.

I am currently doing Zumba, strength training, and trying to train for a 5k,,,however I am bored with doing the same songs on zumba and have limited space to work with to continue. I thought I would give this a try and see if the differing workouts will keep me interested.

My goals are to lose workout everyday and lose a couple inches=)

My goals are to get up and out doing exercises. Walking the dogs is fine, but it hasn't help me with losing weight. I need help in starting an exercise progrm. I love my dogs, but I can't do the exercises with the dogs tagging alone. I will walk the dogs, but when that is done, I will walk me, run me and start exercising daily using the ball, weights, ski machine and whatever I can find in my house. I was down to 160 and am now moving on up 200. Not there yet and it won't go any heigher. I need all of the help you can offer.
I started the 28-day bootcamp. Boy am I out of shape! I might have to do the program several times. First day was hard enough. I am 57 and way out of shape. I couldn't even streatch like i should. It was hard to do day 1, but I actually feel good and sweaty. I am glad I joined. This with the SparkCoach I should no longer be a beginner when I am completing the classes. Then I can work hard on other exercises. Thanks Coaches!
