I have not been at the weight that I want to be for a very long time (almost 4 years!) I really would like to lose at least 8lbs out of the 15lbs that I have left to lose. I find myself very motivated by sparkpeople.com and I hope that by joining this challenge, it will give me the push that I need to finally get to where I want to be.

My goal is simple - To just complete the challenge!

I have so far to go on my journey, and have given up too many times. My goal is to start with this challenge and begin a real healthy lifestyle. I plan to work out each day and follow the challenge guidelines, adding more exercise with walking or an exercise video, and eat right. I want to learn to be healthy again.

My main goal is to loose 4lbs and keep it off at the end of the 28-day boot camp challenge. The big challenge is completing each and everyday ( 10 minute boot camp video and 10 minutes of cardio) no exceptions aloud. This is my third try to get it right. 1st time I completed week1, but lost in week 2 and quit. 2nd time completed 2 days and lost it on the third day and quit on the fourth day. I just restarted the program again. Will start the video later today when I wake up.

A new way to reward myself. Half-way to my first weight loss goal.

My main goal is to jumpstart my activity level. I want to do couch to 5k, but I think I need to be in a bit better shape before I begin. I want to use this challenge to get my body used to working out again. Plus I like to check things off :) Theres not a specific loss number that I want to see, this is mostly about me jumping in with both feet, and starting a good habit of daily woorkouts!

My goals for this challenge are to complete C25K training, accomplish my personal goals, register for my first 5K, and be able to do each 30 Day Shred level without stopping,

My goal is to lose the 10 lbs I have put on. I honestly don't know why I've gained, I work out as much as before, eat semi-healthy, but still it happened. I refuse to give up on me and I will lose this weight!!

I am back. When I was away from Spark, I gained almost ten pounds, by not paying attention to what I ate and by losing my motivation to get up and move. I love Spark, because there are so many inspirational people, insightful articles, and just a wealth of information. I also love the trackers. They really keep me on track. My goal for the 28 day bootcamp workout challenge is to stick with it for the duration and to lose 8lbs. I think that is a reasonable number for 28 days.

Hello emoticon I'm new here! Ran accross this site and decided to try it out. Your post is exactly what I'm seeking for myself. Any advice? I've joined a fitness challenge at my church to lose 5 pounds a month. We started February 7th. I'm down 10 pounds. My desire is to lose another 15. My goal is to be healthier so that I can fufill my God-ordained mission. I'm a Christian woman and I love the Lord. This I do is for Him and everyone I come into contact with.

It just sounds more positive, the way you have it sounds kinda down on yourself and there is a lot to be said for a name. Ok now that i got the hard part out of the way. get to know the sight well use the nutrition tracker and the fitness tracker they have helped me bunches. I want to accomplish something for myself. I've always done things for others. It's time I challenged myself to get healthy for myself and my family. I want to be around for a long time. By joining this challenge, hopefully, I can be disciplined and consistent with exercising. I struggle with motivation to exercise. I will do it for a couple of days, then stop. I have tackled this problem before in the past. Now, it seems to be harder for me, and its unfortunate, because, due to health reasons, I need to get the weight off more so than ever. I pray that this challenge will help me stay motivated.

With this challenge I would like to just finish it!!! I started it a while a go but I didn't stick with it. I have been working out and eating well for the past couple months. But last week I was in a wedding and all week had gotten thrown off track!!! So I figure to make up for the last week I will join this challenge AGAIN!! But this time i will finish it!!
