I joined this challenge because I need to lose about another 25 lbs to get to my goal weight. If I don't lose anything I will just be happy to maintain over the winter time here in Michigan. I Know I need to get more exercise in so, here I am. Good luck everyone! emoticon

My goal is to increase 10 minutes of activity to 30 minutes by the end of these 4 weeks. I also want to fit back into the pair of jeans that I outgrew over the holidays.

My goal is to stay motivated and make this challenge work for me. The two main things I need to focus on is drinking more water and exercising. I will try for 32 oz of water per day and shoot for 30 minutes (min) of exercise per day. Tracking my food helps tremendously so that will also be a priority.

My goal this first week is to exercise every day!

I have age/physical limitations - watched the video for day one and incorporated "some" of it's ideas into my abilities. Oh the Wii! emoticon Yep, did the 'step' for the walking and some of the other "games" for leg strengthening. First day - burned nearly 80 calories according to the Wii emoticon Not a lot, but a start.

I joined this because I need to change my lifestyle. I've been feeling derailed lately because I recently had surgery so I'm healing (very minor surgery but still.) and the doctor told me I had to exercise but lightly. I used to be a runner but I stopped almost a decade ago now and I want to get back to that. I'm hoping that even with the light exercise restrictions the bootcamp will motivate me to just keep doing and then intensify once I'm well.

my goal is to make it through this challenge and undo the bad (5 pounds gained) I've done throughout the holiday season. Just need a jump start back into my life. my computer was down so I tried tracking in my head and on paper but it just isn't the same thing.

My goal is to not get so intimidated by how much weight I think I need to lose or how much more I need to exercise but rather to take it one day at a time and celebrate small victories like tracking at least some of my food, journaling and doing the daily 10 minute video.

My goal is to lose at least 5 lbs (would love more!!) in this 28 day challenge. I'm hoping it will jumpstart my exercise program. I use to exercise often if not daily and then I had issues with my gallbladder..then I got pregnant with my son. I want to get back in shape, lose this baby fat and get back into my daily routine! I want to loose all this weight that I have been wanting to loose for a long time. I will do this by actually exercising each day, even if just for 10 minutes, it's more than I ever have before. With my wedding in a year I think now is the best and most important time to do so. emoticon

My goal for this year is to reach my prepregnancy weight goal. I know it will not be easy and that I cannot delay in starting. For this 28 day challenge I hope to lose 10lbs. I will do this by continuing to eat healthy and to start getting active again. The eating part is the easy part as I now have a beautiful little girl who takes up much of my time.
