My main goal is to get back on track and STAY there this time. Last year I started strong and lost 68 lbs. I allowed myself to get board and fell off track hard...gained back 43 lbs. I am hoping that by getting involved with more boot camps and challenges I'll be able to keep it fresh and stay motivated. emoticon

My goal is to lose at least 8 lbs this month, jump start it because I've been bouncing around the same 5 lbs, and I've got way more than that to lose! I want to eat healthier and move more!

My first goal is to lose the weight I gained when I quit smoking in November(about 7 lbs) Another goal is to gain a measure of consitency in my workouts and this challenge will get me to move at least a little bit everyday. If I know myself at all is that once I get going I usually have a great workout.

Sam

If you eat well and move your body you are on your way to the being the best you can be!

I am joining this challenging in order to give myself something to be excited about, develop consistency with my fitness, and establish healthy habits in order to eventually lose 40 lbs over the course of this year. During the 28 days, I am aiming to lose 6 lbs.

My goal is to create a habit of exercise!! I have a long-term weight loss goal of 77 lbs, so I need to get started!! In the short term, my husband and I are doing a week mission trip in Haiti with our church from Feb 20-28, so to drop at least 10 lbs by then would be a blessing! This bootcamp is perfect timing!

My goals are to:
Finally take off the 10lbs I've been saying I was going to lose.
I will do it by lifting 4-5x/wk, doing cardio 5-6x/wk including in that my triathlon training so that this year I will compete in my first 70.3 ironman.

Of course, I want to lose weight! My goals do not include weight loss...this time! My goals are...

1. ORGANIZE - Plan weekly meals and shopping list for those meals and managing time better.

2. HIT THE GYM - Use new organization to plan regular visits to the gym (before my husband cancels my membership due to lack of use).

3. FOCUS - Remind myslef daily of why I've set goals and why it's important to keep forging ahead with meeting them.

I'm incredibly excited to be a part of this 28-Day Bootcamp Workout Challenge. I've been on Spark since March of 2010 and the results are amazing. It's kept me focused and driven. I've gone from a size 12 to a size 4. However, I have spent most of my time falling in love with running.

My new goal is to drop the last 10 pounds to reach my ultimate weight goal, but more importantly I need to tone. My goal, however vain it may be, is to get into a bikini this summer. I know, with the help of this challenge, that I will be on my way to reaching this goal.

I'm excited to be a part of this challenge and look forward to my daily exercise challenges and I will continue to include my running as my aerobic activity.

Best of luck teammates.

I want to lose 30 pounds total, I know it will take longer than this but I'm going to do what I can in this 28 days!! I just need lots of support, so anyone with anything that might motivate me please feel free!! Help me out. I'm hoping this bootcamp will be a kick in the butt for me! My goal is to not drink soda, and to limit my caloric intake per day to 1600 calories or less. And to eat less starches and white foods.

My goals for month include losing 10 pounds and 60 pounds by October. Control weekend eating as eating during the week is well controlled through good planning and eating at home. Lastly, I want this to be a jump start for my training to keep up with and run my dad's 50th state marathon with him in October. He's 63 and I've never been able to keep up with him since I graduated college. I'd love to be able to keep up with him and even beat him again.

My goals for this work out is to get me back on the work out track. I did great last year... until we went on vacation in July. After that, I never got back on the work out train. I ended up losing 15 lbs. last year and would like to lose another 5 lbs and then tone up a little after that. I want to look the best I have ever looked, now that I am 30. I want to feel confident in a bikini when we go to Florida in August.

Very excited to get started!

Joined the challenge to feel motivated by others' successes. It helps to keep going when you have others with similar goals to communicate with.
I just want to return to what worked so well before life problems got in the way. I know what to do but lack commitment to follow through. It's too easy to slide back into bad habits.

My goals for this challenge are just to get back in the habit of working out everyday. I went from working out pretty intensely 5-6 days a week to maybe 3-4 moderate/easy days in a good week. I love the way I feel when I'm committed to fitness and I'm looking forward to getting back to that place.
