Yay! Very happy for you! I am really looking forward to that day when my pants are too big to wear anymore! So far, after "4" weeks, my clothes do fit better, so I am excited to see more progress as I keep marching forward.

WAY TO GO ! Excellent results and excellent point!

I have found that after 4 weeks my pants suddenly DO Fit! No more binding at the waist, creeping in at the thighs, or bubbling over at the top! They are definitely not falling off...maybe after week 8.

All good problems to have, yes?

I'm definitely not complaining, but it needs to hurry up and be spring so I don't have to spend money on new pants because mine don't fit anymore! Woo hoo!! Tomorrow is my last day of week 4 and although I have not technically lost any weight, my pants wont even stay up. That covered 2 of my goals: 1) Burn fat, 2) gain muscle. My third goal is to wear a bikini this summer which is what I am going to aim for while continuing my streak. Of course burning fat and gaining muscle are still a part of this goal, but I've come a long way in just 4 weeks. I'm pretty excited that I stuck with this and that I joined a gym. I can run 30 minutes straight now. In the beginning I could hardly run for 3 minutes straight (not kidding either). SparkPeople.com is amazing and I love the way I feel now. Thanks to everyone :-).
