I really like to do water aerobics but can't right now. I have Zumba for Beginners on hold at the library - I am hoping I like it. Although I am not the most coordinated person in the world so we'll see! Otherwise I like to walk, that is my back up exercise. Hip Hop Abs sounds interesting too.

Positive thoughts lead to positive actions which yield positive results.


Remember, persistence not perfection.

I found a stationary bike at a yard sale for cheap and set it up in front of the TV. When I get on it, an hour has passed before I even know it. And if I watch a movie, I can bike the entire time without a problem.

I recently checked out the local municipal swimming pool, where I intend to improve my strokes and become a stronger swimmer. More on that when I dare venture out in my swimsuit. lol

I have been walking with the goal of at least 10 minutes but I have been getting 10,000 steps in daily. I walk on my treadmill or I walk around and around my living room while watching a tv show that I like.

Let me know if jumping on the exercise ball works for the tummy. It's the one area most problemmatic for me. If you walk 10 minutes/10 miles/lift weights/run/whatever...it's all good! emoticon

my biggest problem at the moment is my stomach. it is slowly but surely getting down there. I finally decided the one thing that could help my core is bouncing up and down on an exercise ball for 10minutes a day. I would also walk when I could. I am comfortable with these choses.

being more careful is key.
