I finished week 3 on Tuesday, though I did not work out that day, and I only worked out 5 days in that week. I had lost my momentum until I had a super wonderful comment from my husband on Tuesday night. He told me that it looks like I have been losing weight, and he told me how proud he is of me doing this challenge. Totally recharged my batteries for week 4! God bless my hubby! :)

Starr I wanted u and the rest of the team to know I am going to be MIA in some ways as We where told today my fil only has weeks left.Goes with out saying we will be very busy with the family.I will post as I can and Thank u all for your prayers and thoughts.

I did get in my time today though.

I started this challenge a while ago and I am still making sure that I do at least 10 minutes every day. It keeps me accountable and I never want to say that I am too busy to move for 10 minutes when it only benefits me. It is the subtle reminder that I need to do more things for me!

I hear that......I am not all that great in the veggie department either. But I have been drinking a V-8 Fusion everyday. The can claims that it is a full serving of a fruit & a veggie. So that is better then nothing, I suppose.

I am thinking about doing the challenge a 2nd time around too.

I am with u girl I am doing the 10 mins and it is more I was doing 4 weeks ago and I plan to keep it up in week 4 and then start over and maybe add in eatting more veggs the next time around dont do to good with that at this point.

That's what I love about this challenge. I am more active than when I started it. 30-60 min. used to be unreachable to me on some days. 10 min can be squeezed in or the only amount I feel I'm up to. I see many people that it has helped. Just hearing other people's stories motivates me to do more for myself. I can motivate someone else and a week or 2 later they are motivating me. emoticon

Well, I am still only averaging 10 minutes, but I figure that 10 minutes is better then what I was doing 4 weeks ago.....which was nothing. Somedays I get a few more then 10 minutes in. And occasionally I get a lot more then 10 minutes in. I am just going to keep at it everyday, and hope that eventually I will work my way up to exercising enough everyday that it will really "make a difference" in my body & how I feel.
