Every minute counts, I count when I pick up fallen oranges and lemons and pick up dog poop. Also park at the furthest end of parking lots whenever I run my errands. I love the dancing! I'm going to turn on the radio and get some in tonight.

Awesome. ! Yes once you realize what we can do instead of sitting we can do a lot !!

I usually shower in the evenings. I have begun to dance for 10 to 20 minutes in the bed room (where no one can see me...tee hee) and then get my shower. Feels great!

Awesome! I haven't been successful in linking the watching of TV (my de-wind time filler) with some form of exercise. Thus I continue to separate them and add other elements like parking far away from my building and taking the long walk around (5 minutes each way).

I find that I can strength train and work out while listening to the t.v. in the evening...for the 3 hours I am home after dinner. It's surprising what I can get done in the time I thought that I couldn't spare!
