This is the second time I take this challenge, after falling off the wagon for a couple of weeks I decided to come back and take the challenge... it's working so far...

Good job! I couldn't log on yesterday, but it was my last day of week 2. I didn't have as successful of a week as I had planned, but I still managed to work out every day but one. After week 2, I definitely feel stronger and more flexible. I find that I am stretching more often, and I have been making a concerted effort to stand up at work, as I am usually not busy and often sit at the desk. Instead I am standing for as long as I can before I need a break. I am excited to start week 3, and I think it will be great!

I feel I did a good job on my exercise this week. I continued doing my 10 minutes of Pilates every day. In addition to that, I made more of an effort to add extra steps & exercise into other things. When standing in the kitchen doing dishes or cooking, I walk in place, step side to side or do calf raises. I've taken over a few more of the dog's walks & walk in place while she does her business. I take the long way to the bathroom. I've even tried walking in place while reading. I've shoveled the snow a few times this month already, and will be out doing it again today. I make sure to get up, stretch & exercise for a few minutes at breaking points in my school work and after sitting & reading for awhile (like the read-alouds with my youngest). I'm sure I'll continue to find more ways to work in some extra movement, as I continue to examine my routines.
