Got to bed so late last night that I had a hard time getting up early enough today to get to the gym. I'll have to fill in through the day as I can. Wish I had stairs at my job...

Healthy is my main goal. Losing weight safely is part of that.

My goal of doing at least 10 min of SOMETHING each day has had me exercising at 11:30 at night, just so I don't miss the day. Can't do cardio at that time of the evening, or I won't sleep, but strength training is great for that. It's having a visible effect. :)

Healthy is my main goal. Losing weight safely is part of that.

My goal is to do at least 10 minutes on those days I don't do Curves or aqua-size, however, Is a bonus 10 minutes on those days!

My main goal is to stay within my calorie range for one whole week (one week at a time!), and getting up and exercising at least 10 minutes a day (I usually do 20 or 30, but on bad days when I don't want to, I always make myself do at least 10).
