Fantastic! I have to fudge a little here and there too!! Whats important is that you keep at it. My first bootcamp class I had to use my arms to push myself up when we did full sit ups... second class NO arms!!! Jumping jacks are really hard for me right now too, so I have to march in place but I do the arms with everyone else... I know I'll catch up someday, and so will you..

WE CAN DO IT!!

Thanks Joeyspook and all! I started the Fit, Firm and Fired Up DVD last night. It was a challenge because I have a partially torn ACL and Achilles tendon (both on the say leg). I have been walking for 3 months now so the knee is doing much, much better but the ankle is another issue. I have the fudge on some of the exercises that put stress on that part of the anatomy. I am just taking it one day at a time. The walking was a challenge in the beginning and now I am up to 3.5 miles a day! The ankle will strengthen and become more flexible with persistence.

This first time trying this. Not loosing weight (which I have been attempting to do for years) but posting a message. In addition my computer blew up so I am doing this from the spark's app on my phone. It is slow going,almost like loosing weight. My goal for this is to start living a healthy life style. I have no one to share this journey with but that is okay. I am determined!

I'm a teacher too, but have three more weeks of school left. I have a co-worker and friend that I'm working out with in the mornings and we are planning to continue into the summer. Do you have anyone you can workout with? It sure makes a difference in how I feel at the end of the day! Good luck!!

My goals for this challenge is to get used to exercising again and make it a habit that I do everyday. I just started my 3 month vacation from work (I'm a teacher) so I want to stay active instead of just sitting around the house. Plus I have a wedding coming up in a few months and want to make a healthy change for the next step in my life.
