Hello! I'm trying this challenge AGAIN, and I'm going to do it this time!!

My goal for the next 4 weeks is to do at least 10 minutes a day, every single freaking day. It's only 10 minutes, there's no reason whatsoever why I can't do it. :)

My goal is to do SOMETHING every day. I'm in a tae kwon do class twice a week, so I'll try to run two days and do strength training two days. Saturdays are reserved for something FUN, like SURFING!!! (Which is still totally exercise.)

I'm going to challenge myself to two ten minute exercise sessions. I loathe getting out of my chair, donning the sports bra, and getting on that treadmill. UGH!

My goal is to run 3 miles at least 3 times a week. On the days I am not running, my goal is to complete at least 20 minutes of cardio along with 20 minutes of strength training. I need to get back on track and am hoping that this challenge will help me to do that.

My goal is to walk everyday for at LEAST 10 minutes along the bike trail near my home. I'm also dragging along my 9 yr. old brother with me just to keep not only myself motivated but also the little guy too. He loves those video games!

I am on day 11 of my personal healthy body makeover. There are days here and there where I find myself trying to get out of exercising - so far I've managed to do something everyday. I think that being a part of this team will help to keep me motivated and encourage me to do something, even if only 10 minutes, everyday!

I just returned from a 40 min. walk! Just getting dressed and out the door works wonders. I also fixed the recumbent bike in the house so if it rains I'm set to go. I am 165lbs and have always like my weight-until 4 months ago. Too much good food in TX.

I am waking up 30 minutes earlier so that I can hop on the elliptical before I go to work. Will do 10 minutes "in zone" and stretch afterwards. Looking forward to making this a habit like my morning coffee.

I am pretty good at getting in two long walks or a long swim during the weekend. But I don't think I'll ever lose weight unless I can make a habit of exercising after work on weekdays. I'm starting with baby steps: 10 minutes a day, Monday through Friday.

I have a walking dvd that I will do everyday. It has a ten minute walk on it, a 20 minutes walk, and 30 minute walk. As one of my personal goals, I'm going to get moving for 20 mins/day, so I'll be doing the 20 minute walk. If I keep it up everyday for three months, my husband says he'll buy me some type of exercise equipment to help me with my journey. emoticon

That sounds so good. Exercise everyday even if only ten minutes. I joined a gym two weeks ago and they have a pool. I can get back and forth but I'm not a strong swimmer. My hope is that the recumbent bike at home, the pool and machimes at the gym and the gorgeous FL weather will tone and help me lose some 10 lbs. emoticon

My goal is to at least 10 minutes a day. On some days I'll do a lot more, but on weekends at least 10 when life is a lot more busier. That's my downfall. This is my 3rd day and I'll have to fight to get it in today.

My goal is to train for a 5K in April by putting in at least 10 minutes walking/jogging activity daily, whether in place, on a treadmill, or on the macadam.

I also have committed to at least one hour weekly with a personal trainer through mid-April, for strength training sessions.

week 1 is complete. Am anxious to move on to week 2 and have decided to alternate the intensity of the levels of exercises and turn my daily housecleaning into exercises for strengthening. I am also going to work on posture at my desk.

My goal is to walk the dog instead of putting him in the backyard. I'm in Maryland and it is very cold. In the winter, I usually just open the back door and throw a ball for my dog to chase for his exercise. I will use this challenge to bundle up and walk the dog. He will love it. emoticon

My goal is 30 mins of cardio 3x week, 30 mins strength training 2x week, and 2 "free days" of at least 10 mins of exercise (walking, jogging, yoga, pilates, whatever!). In addition, I want to drink at least 10 glasses of water each day.
