It took me a couple months at the beginning,but now I get 8 hours sleep at least everynight.

This one I can't do the maximum sleep I get on week days is 6 hours there just isn't enough time in a day for more then that! Good luck all

This one is difficult for me because my husband works late evenings and doesn't get home until sometime between 1am and 4am. I usually wait up for him and then have to get up with the kids at 8am to get them ready for school. I will make the effort, though, and my body will likely thank me for it. Lovely challenge! emoticon

This is the hardest thing for me to do, though I do usually get about 7 hours (because I force myself to bed between 9-10). Last night I actually got 8! Woohoo!

I know, another one that was on here, but it's important. I didn't really realize how important a good nights sleep was until I started doing some research. Your body needs rest so that it can get up and go again the next day. So I am challenging myself and all of you to join with me and do our best to get 8 hours a night. I have a tendency to stay up late and get up early and I don't get 8 hours. So I am committing to going to bed a little earlier and getting the rest my body requires. Will you join me in creating this healthy habit??
