We need some new challenges because everyone has lost interest in what it listed.
I always eat a healthy breakfast EVERY day.

Raisin brand crunch cereal cup with milk, banana, 4 oz 100 % orange juice, and herbal decaf tea.

I am a very easy going gal that loves people and wants to know as many as I can. I want to make new friends so I can enjoy more of life. When people get to 55 or 60 there are some that think life should be over but guess what it is just beginning. Maybe 50 years ago it was over but not now people are living longer and working in their 70's. I would have been if I didn't have leukemia and it does not stop me but I have good days and bad, so being home if I need rest, I rest, at work I couldn't do

I had grits with homemade jam instead of butter, sugar, honey, or brown sugar which are things I would have put in my grits about a year ago, the homemade jam without all the added junk is sooo good and good for me too!

I finished this challenge with a good but rushed breakfast because I went to the vitality center to workout.

I know this team has done a breakfast challenge in the past, but I think we should do it again. Breakfast is really important to get your body going, get your metabolism pumping and feed your brain. This is also a good meal to grab some of that all important fiber. I am terrible at eating breakfast. I feed my kiddos, start school and by the time I look up its nearly lunch, so this will be a challenge for me. I am going to make it my priority to eat a heart healthy breakfast EVERY morning in the month of February. How about you??
