Friday is going to be a great day for me !
It starts off with my meeting my Spark-friend,
GLORIA68, at the Pool. We'll swim a bit, together,
and then, I will carry on, on my own, to complete
my full 60 lengths, which makes one kilometer !
In the afternoon, we may meet again, for a coffee
at the bookstore ! Then, we'll go for a walk in the
Mall !
Then, we should be ready to ring in the New Year !

What a great way to end one year and ring in another! I love bullet points and DIRECTION so thanks Getnfitmama for giving me a goal for the rest of this year. I've probably only logged on 3-4 times since school started in the fall but that doesn't mean I let everything go to pot... so many good habits and lessons learned this year on Sparkpeople. It is so nice to be able to Cheer one another on. End Strong People!! :D

Thursday, during the day, I hope to meet my friend

HELENMARGARET - Shoveling snow is a great workout !

Today, I began the day with my one kilometer swim !
I always do the front crawl, since that stroke burns
the most calories. I finished the day with a one
kilometer walk in the Mall, with my friend !

Hi, I got in my walk ysterday and today. Monday wI wasn't able to because of the Blzzard. I did schovel a lot of snow so maybe that counts!

Just checking in to let you all know that I got in a 60 minute cardio class today and I got my entire 64 ozs of water in, plus I had a salad for lunch...GO ME!!!

HELENMARGARET~~I'm glad you are joining in! To change your weight on so that your ticker will move go to your start page. In the same column as your fitness and nutrition tracker is a tab block that is for weigh in and measurements. Click that and it will take you a screen where you can enter your weight and other measurements if you want. Hope that helps!!

I know it's normal to start doing something new on January 1, but since all of us around here are on a continuous journey we don't need to wait on a certain date. Right?

So I thought we would get a jump on the new year by having a last week of 2010 challenge! Let's make this last week of 2010 FANTASTIC!! And I know that if you are like me, you might have gotten a little out of routine last week.

So here is the challenge:

~Eat within your calorie range everyday
~Exercise 15 minutes everyday
~Reflect on this past year and sometime this week blog about it. How have you changed? Where did you fall short? Did you lose weight? What new healthy habits are now apart of your life that you didn't have before? What is your success story for 2010 and what is your goal for 2011?

Check in on the chat thread for this challenge everyday and tell us how you did and let us know when your blog is up!!

Lets end this year on a high and start the new one with no regrets!!
