I put a sign in my window, room for sale. I am at 211 today. I need to find a new place in 200 ville. I hope to get over there this coming week.

Look forward to seeing some of my old friends there.

I am 211 today and will look for place in 200 ville now. Hope to be there for a month only, then move again

Lost a 1/2 lb. I am at 211 lbs. I know that doesn't seem like a lot by when you are so close to moving out of here it is a big deal! emoticon emoticon

Weighed in at 211.5 lbs. today. I am starting to get ready to move on down the road to 200ville. I went down to the lobby & put my apartment up for sale. Two & half more lbs. & I can move on down the road. What a happy emoticon day that will be for me! The weight has been coming off sporadically this time so my body might nor cooperate with losing this last 2.5 lbs. Who knows I could be here anther 3 weeks. I sure hope not! emoticon emoticon

Still kicking... slowly but surely. 211.8 today -- and it's two days after Thanksgiving!

Relax!

Strive to get 8 hours of sleep a night.

Our muscles rebuild themselves stronger while we sleep. All of the tiny tears and things we make while lifting weights are rebuilt more densely while we rest so its so important to get adequate sleep if we want that fat eating muscle to grow.
