Moving in on the 7th floor! I'm not going to get to comfortable because I really would like to be out of this ville by the end of the month! I don't know if that is doable but I'm going to give it my best shoot! emoticon emoticon

ack back up a half pound, but I'm usually up 2 whole pounds on the weekend, so this is a win.

Net 3 pounds down for the week. Let's see if I can hit 215 by the end of the week.

Hi ! I'M NEW HERE

WEIGHED IN AT 217.2 TWICE. AT HOME, UNOFFICIALLY...

TRYING TO GET OUTTA HERE FAST.

I CAN SEE IT'S MORE TREACHEROUS WHEN ONE'S TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT POUND BY POUNG;

IT'S VERY EASY TO BINGE AND END UP BACK AT 2 OR 3 LBS HEAVIER AFTER EVEN ONE HOUR OF OVEREATING !

HHEEELLPP! IT'S NO JOKE !

Moving back in the right direction. I my new weighted gloves seem to be heavier than the ones I left behind at the old house, so I think they will suffice as an added arm workout if I add them to my Zumba tonight.

AAAAAARRRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHH!!!!!!!! So, TOM bringing me down. Using it as an excuse to eat garbage. That's gotta stop right now. Tomorrow gonna keep it tight! Otherwise these water pounds are gonna turn out to not be water pounds.
Did some arm work in my regular routine but not any extra. Gotta get back on the pound by pound too. It helps move me along when I dedicate the extra time to it.

Gun Show!

Add an extra 10 minutes just for the arms on top of your regular program. Or go just a little heavier if you are already doing arms today.

*Arms add about 12% to your overall exertion so get them heavily involved when you do your cardio as well.
