I would find it EXTREMELY difficult to give up coffee. And my preference is the "extra bold" blend with no added cream or sweetener. Enjoying that first cup of coffee every morning (usually pre-dawn) is my favorite way to get started on the day.

What is the brand of coffee. If you go to their site it may have the nutrition value.

Dunkin Donuts Hazelnut has 1 gram of carb to 10 oz which equals 4 calories (which is the same as regular coffee).

Does anyone know the calorie content of hazelnut flavored coffee?

I brew coffee every morning but since my kids like the hazelnut flavor - thats what I make. Cannot find a calorie content for it.
I drink it with skim milk and no sugar or sugar sub .

I learned long ago that coffee does not really count into the fluids you drink each day - the caffeine offsets. Vocal coaches always tell you to drink one glass of water to offset each cup of coffee. Since I usually drink three to four cups each day, I have no trouble drinking way more than 8 glasses of water emoticon

Read the latest info on coffee, it's not the evil drink that it was made out to be. It's also fascinating to read the studies (not commentaries) on how -fluids- are required by the body.. and what counts as fluids. I won't bring up the debate here because people get hot about it. :) But the info is fantastic for those of us that love evidence-based info!

Can drinking coffee even help you live longer? Maybe. A 2008 study found that women who drank coffee regularly—up to six cups a day—were less likely to die of various causes during the study than their non-coffee-drinking counterparts. Because consumption of decaf coffee showed similar results, researchers don’t think caffeine is at work.

http://www.netdoctor.co.uk/womenshealth/

I drink an average of 2 cups of coffee daily, but I do drink more tea (usually non-caff).

Tea & coffee.. as well as low-cal broths.. help me a LOT to stay on plan.

I drink about 2 to 3 cups each morning. I buy decaf hazelnut cream and regular folgers the same amt. packages and mix them equally in a larger coffee can. then each morning my mix is ready. I add 1 pkg of splenda with each cup. I have no idea the calories since I can't find them for the hazelnut.

I am not a lawyer for getting people the thumbs up removing stuff from their life style change...

I will drink my coffee- never affected my weight loss- coffee without caffein in it is invented..

When I eat my nutrition in correct ratios there is not alot of room for huge volumes of coffee.. I am usually pleasantly stuffed and fall asleep without grief...

Yep - coffee - everytime I think about cutting back (1/2 to a pot per day is my usual) - I read another article about how it helps prevent diabetes, pancreatitis, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, etc. When I have to go in for fasting lab work, I carry my travel cup of presweetened & creamed coffee with me.

I make my own flavored coffees at home, and have fat-free flavored creamers at work (they don't like my frou-frou flavors at work). I count the coffee and half & half at home (and creamer at work) in my nutrition tracker. I switched to FF half & half (what an oxymoron!) for a while, but I kept coming up short on my fats.

Coffee like DARK Chocolate, has health benefits if you indulge in moderation (two cups a day). So take your "medicine" emoticon

Give me a bold coffee, none of those sissy milkshake coffee drinks. I freak every two - three months when I have to go through fasting blood work or other medical testing. I have actually rescheduled appointments when the craving is too strong. Are there 12-steps for coffee?

The coffee is so hard on my GERD that I try to do without. I find a mate/coffee bits blend works wonders and I need no cream and less sugar. And it's easier on my stomach.
