I have found that if I focus on 1 thing for a week it makes it much easier to pick up another goal to add the next week. I am new to SP also but was doing small goal setting prior to joining. Good luck with this. emoticon

Okay...I just did my first 10 minutes of Zumba and am I sweating. I really enjoyed the moves (although my daughter told me I wasn't doing them correctly) with that music. I like Latino music so I may try a few more of those free on you-tube. emoticon

This is only my 2nd day and I would love to try Zumba. I have been nursing a back injury for 2 weeks and have to be cautious a couple more weeks. If I can get in the swing of my meal plans and slowly increase my exercise, I really think I can meet my goals. If anyone has any tips, please let me know. emoticon

wish I could do zumba again! I have tendonitis in my right foot and find all the "side stepping" moves hurts it.

I loved the dance workout! I love learning a new dance and working out too. It makes it so much more fun, it isn't like work. It makes me feel good too. Thanks for that mini challenge!

That was awesome! I can do that!

I enjoyed the video very much, I think it was the fastest 10 minutes I ever had. I did have to be careful of my knees, they aren't as young as they used to be. Thanks for the challenge! emoticon

I couldn't follow the moves perfectly, but I certainly got a workout! I did this after I did my first Level 1 Jillian Michael's Shred circuit training video! emoticon

My week is going great as far as my eating, but I have bad knees and my left one is reeking havoc on me, so I've had to back off of my cardio for now. But I'm saving the links you've sent in my favorites for later in the week.
