OK. Just a warning. I did the blog today. I haven't been feeling too on top of things but I needed to open the floodgates. They opened. I will endeavor to make the entries more upbeat and better as time goes on. time time time to find to blog. Maybe before bed. Anyway it is there floating in the vast space of the internet.

This weeks goals: Continue my cardio interval training on the treadmill
Add 10 minutes or more every morning 2 my regular workouts
Add organic lemon juice 2 my water
Eat more veggies 4 lunch & dinner

Missed the motivations part...had my one and only daughter at 44...need to live a long time to pay for college and other things.

Don't want the legacy of my mom's obesity to be handed down to my daughter.

Finally, want to be health and have more energy. I always enjoyed sports when I was younger and I want to get back to doing what I like without hurting myself or being over tired when doing it.

I want to stay focused on my goals of drinking more water, watching calorie intake, and tracking my nutrition daily......I suffer from HBP, obesity and arthritis is setting up shop......

I have a six year old who needs me and I want to be able to keep up with her and be a positive example for her

my goals this week are to drink all my water daily, to track my nutrition as well as get out walking every evening. Another goal was to invite 5 people to SP and create my spark page. I've done those two already today!

My motivation is how good I know I'll feel after I've managed to do those few things.

work on fruit and vegetable servings

not lose the fact that in the end I am the one resposible for my weight loss/gain

**Two days this week, get two extra 30 minute walk sessions in because I will have a busy weekend.

**Go to bed on time/early

Thanks for the encouragement !! I am going to drink water #1 now, and get unpacking ( we just moved to De. ) my sick 12 yr old is still in the bed, but we wil find some fun activity to do today, to get moving. And when payday hits his wek I WILL buy the food on my meal planner so i can gt off on the right foot. Thanks again

Yes,thank you & I hope all had a wonderful Mother's Day! My main goal is to start every day one day at a time-moving!Then to keep increasing my moving into productive actions of exercise;also, a goal is to do the elliptical as much as possible;I do not really eat alot all the time,but eat what I want and want to become more aware of what I am putting in my body,so that I control unnessary cravings...eventually,I hope to lose the weight needed...by also getting in shape and toned up! emoticon

Girl what are you talking about, your doing fantastic, stop looking at the negative, start promoting the positive.

First of all you went 3 days with out eating in front of the T.V., this is a positive change in your behavior , Right? So you had a slip, you don't really thing we don't ever slip up do you? Well we do but we get right back up and brush off the mistake. Baby steps are grand, any step is the right step. Drink that water it leaves very little space to make you want to eat, You can move in really odd ways, mop the floor to a cha-cha, dance while dusting, do a quick set of jumping jacks or two or event do them three times, take the little one that is sick a reason to smile, tell him/her want to see Mom act silly and then do your exercise with him/her in the same room only really act up while doing them. Hang in there girl - August will have you shinning!

Ok Morgans01, I'm that person! I want to take off 50 pounds so badly, but I always end up making excuses ie: didnt work out at all today because I was running kids to appointments or I had to work etc.. and before u know it 2 weeks has passed etc...

SO I'm going to try baby steps for now. My goal for today is to drink my 8 glasses of water, and find some way to move. I hvae no place to walk and I have a sick kid at home, but I WILL find some way to move. I was good to not eat in front of the tv for 3 days this week but blew it last night with DQ !!
Todays a new day, I will be fabulous in my forties ( 45 now) and I will look great in my wedding dress in August ! PLEASE HELP ME !!!

So yes I had a great mothers day and hope yours was as nice too.

My goals for this week are to take time to be thankful for all the wonderful blessings in my life, my kids, my family, my wonderful grand kids and the strangers that I meet that will make me smile. I also want to be able to make it through this week without falling off my wagon (eating right) not even one time this week. I would like to be able to encourage someone else that is fighting to make this lifestyle change and is not sure if they have it in them to try one more time. To give them the gift that all of you have given to me.
