Morning, sorry a little late on this post, but I'm lovin me some Paul Eugene!!!! I have been doing his workout every morning since I found him from here...
He's great, gives you time to get the steps down and it's not a long workout!!
I'm actually thinking about ordering from his website a few videos.

Well this is my first post. I have tried to do this on my own for a long time and have had no success. I am hoping with a little support I will find a smaller me. It has been a long time since I have been physically fit. I had back surgery in 2000 and let's just say my boogie is broken emoticon

Thank God no one was watching.....I would NOT qualify for dancing with the stars....On the day God made me, well, he obviously ran out of coordination dust! But I did the challenge if you count falling down a couple of times.....admire those who can shake there thing and not fall down..... emoticon

Aaaaahaaaa Aaaaahaaaa Aaaaaha, that's me trying to catch my breath! This hurt, whew! My calves hardened up and both my feet cramped. It's been a lot of the reason I don't exercise. I get cramps in my feet within the first 3 minutes of exercise but I made it. I did the work out and I know in a week or so it will come a lot easier. Thank you for the challenge.

It was ok. But I clearly don't have a lot of coordination to do the right move at the right time. But its done and I met the challenge.

Working hard to Lose It Right without the help of miracle cures! Just good old healthy eating, exercise and lots of prayer!

Good Morning everyone. I'm sorry I haven't been around much. Life is really busy for me with Work and home. Too much to do with little time for anything else. I have been reading the challenges for the day and really have been trying to do them. I am also trying to get my co-workers interested in sparkspeople and trying to get them to work out with me on our down time at work. Anyway, it is Wednesday and I do feel pretty good today. Hope everyone is having a good week.

Did this after my regular DVD workout. I really like Paul Eugene. He's fun and keeps you motivated. This one was a little harder for me to follow - I'm so not coordinated. But, I still enjoyed it and enjoyed the extra few minutes of sweating too!

Hi BUBBLES!!! Great to see you take advantage of the fun!

We are all in this together and very willing to help each other any way we can!

As for dancing in the kitchen....I do it all the time!!! LOL!!! I just make sure the back door is shut so the neighbors don't see! Just grab the broom as a dancing mate and take off! LOL!!!

Hi today is the day I begin my spark journey I guess I wasn't ready when I signed up but you all have inspired me I hope I make many friend but momof6boys was my real push i needed those countless messages have finally awoken me.I will do the dance challenge but I will make my own crazy dance my comp is in kitchen (w/the food lol)so not great for dancing

It is WEDNESDAY!!! WOW!!! We are having a FANTASTIC week!!!!

Well, today is PAUL EUGENE day!!! Yep, Paul Eugene's enthusiasm should rev us up to end strong the rest of the week!!! He is fantastic...so give it a try!

The video today is about 9 minutes long! It is only a portion of his actual workout...but you can do it as many times as you want...and it is FREE!
