It took me until last night to do these. We got flood waters here in TN. I didn't have water in the house, but my garage and shed were full. We got lucky. I am trying to find time to workout as well as trying to get the clean up going too. Everyone have a great day!!

What a wonderful exercise...I say that now that I am done.... Did 25 times 4 though out the day...felt good to accomplish something good for me. ... At first, change seems strange and indifferent but as time goes on, it defines who you have become and what you have overcome. emoticon

LOL- I am late opening Monday's challenge!

I am laughing because I SO totally did these on SUNDAY! I would not and should not have been able to do these Monday. I will do them again today (Tuesday).

I am very glad to have a name for them now though. I logged them in my tracker as the floor type, since there wasn't anything like it there already.

WOW! My first challenge down - 100 of these things done! I think my abs felt it but its hard to tell because my abs are still recovering from my first day of core rythyms. I can however attest to the fact that my legs really felt this one! The key will be what I see in the results! I'm ready to do what it takes to tone up for life and as much as possible by summer!

Working hard to Lose It Right without the help of miracle cures! Just good old healthy eating, exercise and lots of prayer!

This was great...did five sets of 20 throughout the day - breakfast, lunch, midafternoon, before dinner and after dinner. My daughter joined me for the last two sets. She was trying to figure out what I was doing...was excited when I told her I was working on a daily fitness challenge.

Hi I'm new here. I liked this exercise! 1/2 down 1/2 to go. I have prob. with my back so crunches aren't so great for me. This was challenging (I'm very out of shape) but gentler on my back where it's really bad.Thanks for sharing it!

I got home and I did all 100 ab excercise at once but I mixed it up with others so wasnt too overwhelming , I am challenging myself to move this week ,which I have not done in a long time , so I did fifteen min worth of abs and arm excercises Im off to a good start .

Done. My dog barked at me the entire time and actually lightly nipped at my toes once to make sure I was okay. Apparently my pets aren't used to seeing their "mom" exercise. emoticon

Great challenge!! Thanx for the suggestion. I avoid stomach exercises (because it is my weakest muscle and floor work is difficult)I've done 50 and will do the other 50 when I am done work!! I wouldn't have done them without the challenge so I thank you for that!

well I have been MIA for awhile and have come back, as my adult children, my mom, and I decided to go on a challenge of who can lose the most weight in one year challenge. The reward is $100.00.

I got the messaage about the challenge and my first thought was I wasn't going to do these. But then my second thought was, if I don't change and start doing new things, I won't get any new results. This is why nothing changes, because I don't change.

I did 2 sets of 50 and got them all done. I can't wait until the next challenge because I do want to change!

Today's challenge is Knee Cross Crunch - Work Your Core Standing Up
Try this straight up abs workout for a flat belly

*Stand with your shoulders in line with your hips, and extend your right arm up and your left leg to the side, toes pointed. Next, lower your right elbow and raise your left knee, crunching them together on a diagonal line. Return to start. 10 on each side - non-alternating.
