I'm in but have rethought my goals. I have not met my goal in months. The boys sports have taken up so much of my time. I am going to commit to at least 45 minutes a day for a minimum of 5 days a week.

My March goal is 1035, but am hoping to do more.

I am so in! This is the first time I've done anything like this, and I do 30-45 minutes of cardio most days, so I'll pledge an even 1000 minutes in March.

I plan to do a 45 minute walk/run three days a week. That comes down to 630 minutes according to my calculator. That's not all the exercise I'll be doing, but that's the official cardio and I'm sticking to it.
