JQCQUELINE ~ go to your fitness tracker. scroll down to the Strength Exercises...click add exercise. From there, scroll through and find the exercises you need to add.

I didn't do the challenge but I did spend 3 hours mowing my fathers yard. He can't get around very well any more. What a workout. emoticon I drank lots of emoticon all day long.

Working on a modification for the hip flexors...but standing isn't in the cards right now...(for reasons that'll be on the blog later)... emoticon

Keep it going!!! We are doing FANTASTIC!!!

For today's challenge we are going to do a couple of strength exercises...now, we have to be fair to all parts of our bodies...so we will work the upper body, core, and lower body!
