I didn't do the 10 min. kick boxing. My husband and I went for a 20 min. fast bike ride. That really burns the cals. My legs are talking to me. emoticon emoticon

Did this kickboxing workout for the first time and really enjoyed it...somewhat uncoordinated, but I hope I'll be able to master it when I do it again.

Well, today is my 'off' day but, that video looks like a great workout to add to my routine. I think that I can start incorporating some of the moves while I am at Curves on the recovery boards . . . thanks for the challenge and congrats to all that did it - WOO-HOO!

To mom of 6 boys, thanks for the messages everyday and for your one day at a time message. Very busy right now working full time and doing two classes at a community college. classes end in early June and I intend to learn these web pages better and incorporate more things in my routine.

I did Tuesday's challenge! Twice! I love that video. Didn't at first... it is part of the Sweatsuit to Swimsuit Boot Camp. I try to do it twice everyday. Maybe next week I can do it three times! It is a great calorie burner!!!

I love this video. I started it yesterday and realized I need to work on my coordination! Today was much better. Did this after I walked 1/2 on treadmill and 30 minutes at Curves.

Not much just starting to exercise.. did 10 min of walking around the block on my break then later on will do 15 min of vidoe exercise ..

Rode my bike to work...9 km one way and will be riding home later....and then off to teach music lessons.. 4 km more...so I think I'll forgo this challenge...but thanks! Have an awesome day!

I did a 35 minute walk on the beach this morning, but I want to try the 10 minute video when I get home from work. 10 minutes is great to be able to slip it in here and there when I'm crunched for time!

Thanks for your post! I'm looking forward to doing this workout! I had to laugh when I read your comment about taking years to gain the weight - in my case it was a matter of months once my thyroid got out of whack! So naturally, I figured the thyroid medication was going to take it off once I started taking them! NOT!!!! Now, I have to work extra hard to get it off - so thanks again for your workout post!!!

Now that our stretches are in...it is time for Tremendous Tuesday!!!!

SP has a new video out that I think we can try on this Tuesday...I do it daily and just love it!!! It is a great cardio workout!!! I do it 3x on some days to get my 30 minutes of cardio in, especially when the boys have the television and I can't get to my Cardio DVD.

You can modify this cardio workout to your fitness level.
