ANYTHING THAT MAKES US MOVE.....Walking,Exercising, House Cleaning, doing crafts, golfing, gardening....anything at all. You choose how you want to be active.


THIS IS HOW IT WORKS!!!!

YOU DECIDE HOW MANY MINUTES A DAY YOU WILL COMMIT TO MOVING THAT BEAUTIFUL BODY OF YOURS AND MULTIPLY THAT NUMBER BY HOW MANY DAYS ARE IN THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER.


LET'S SAY YOU WILL MAKE A PLEDGE TO DO 30 MINS. A DAY YOU THEN MULTIPLY THAT NUMBER BY 30 (DAYS IN NOVEMBER) YOU WOULD THEN PLEDGE 900 MINUTES.

LET'S SEE IF WE CAN MEET OR BEAT OUR PLEDGES!!!
