I'm going to use your set up if you don't mind A-NEW-CREATION.

My goal this week will be to use my exercise equipment.

Stability Ball, Treadmill, Gazelle, Twist Plate or Elliptical Machine.

My challenge for today is to NOT let my challenges overwhelm me! I plan to wash my car and finish cleaning up the house before I go to bed this afternoon. And then I plan to have a great night at work!

My Challenge Today Is:

Work out on the stationary bike, use the twist plate and go on the gazelle.

Prepare a nice supper for hubby and me. We try and celebrate our monthly anniversary by doing something special for each other. We've been doing this for 43 years now.

I will try and help you with your questions and concerns.

(1) Yes we can see your nutrition and fitness tracker by going to your sparkpage and clicking on that section on the upper right hand corner of your page.

(2) Why don't you leave your Challenge here and we can put our goals in this thread. It's a great challenge.


(3) HulaHoop...I enjoy doing that one too. They don't have that under the fitness portion. The closest thing I came to was.....Twist (Dancing). I do know that 30 min. of hula hooping wears off 60 cal.

hey guys,so I'm new here :) I have some questions and I need to announce some stuff. i'm gonna go with the questions first

1-are there any ways that you guys can see my nutrition and fitness tracker? Cause that way we could really help each other, we could comment and enhance each others programs!

2- are there any ways that we can put our daily goals like in a board and motivate each other?I mean like a shared to do list.

3- I use hulahoop a lot when working out, where is it in the fitness tracker? I can't find it to put in my program.

While you figure out the answers I'm gonna go with my challenge for today:

- I'm not gonna bite a cracker of any kind today :)
- I'm gonna look for a low fat cheese in our local convenience store and put that in my program, cause the current cheese I eat is FATTY!
- I'm gonna do at least 1 hour of exercise of any kind :)

So what are you gonna do today? emoticon
