Challenge today is to SIP GREEN TEA!! You can have it hot or cold. It is packed with antioxidants that help prevent plaque from forming on artery walls.It's GOOD for your HEART so have 1-2 cups a day!

Challenge is to GO NUTS!! Eat some almonds, cashews, flaxseeds, peanuts, sesame seeds just to name a few. They are great for your heart.

DRINKING 8 glasses of water is good for our bodies!!

Grab that glass or bottle and fill them up every time you pass the kitchen or water fountain!!

If you don't like plain water tea is another option.
