My favorite is my home airport ORD. ( Chicago O'Hare ) I love terminal 5, the international terminal. But now I spend most of my time in T3.

If your ticketed for a flight departing out of T5, you can walk from M1 to M21, great exercise. The food options have improved in T5 so much, but still not great.

Lots of walking options in the domestic terminals too, if your ticketed. The downside: Tons more people in T3 than T5. But all 3 domestic terminals connect, plus the famous underground tunnel in United's T1. Food options galore, both healthy & not so much. T3 also Garrett's Popcorn and it's right by the spa, so you can get a massage or a pedi. Bonus: a yoga room & the herb garden for a tranquil getaway.

Which one has the healthiest food options?
Which one do you get your walk in?

For me DFW - is good for both.
Also like Denver - you can get a good massage during the delay.
