Did you post this somewhere else? I thought I'd responded to it. Anytime I travel. I mean even 2 hours south to see the cousins. I gain weight. And I take my food with me. And my sneakers. But either way, it's more salt. Bathroom schedule gets off. Never fails. I bet that it wasn't a true gain!!! 10lbs a month is great.

It is a great feeling when you don't let yourself get derailed!!!

Ugh, after having a weekend 'off program' with my hubby I've ended up with a gain of 2.5 pounds this week. Seriously, how does that one gain 2.5 pounds in 2.5 days? It's not like I was having burgers and fries or anything.

Anywaaaaaaaaaaaaay, lesson learned. :)

Positive Outcomes:
- A weekend 'off program' didn't lead into a week 'off program'. As soon as I got home I was right back on track with food and exercise and have come to the conclusion that inactivity and bad food choices make me feel like crap, whereas good food choices and exercise make me feel great!

- I discovered and started with Spark on Jan 14, 2014 and even with the gain this week I am still 10lbs down. Losing 10lbs per month was my goal, so I refuse to feel discouraged.

- Looking at my Spark weight graph, I am right in line with where I'm supposed to be to reach my goal weight by my goal date.

- I'm seeing this as a positive learning experience in this lifelong journey.

Enough about me, what were your successes this week?

Have a great day! :)
V
