That's great! Any loss is a good thing! I used to think 1/4 lb was nothing, but take a look at a stick of butter. That helped me put it in perspective a little. So keep melting off those sticks of butter!

It's wonderful that you are feeling good. I think it is amazing how our attitudes can be changed just because of feeling good. I know I have never felt better and it has made a HUGE impact on my attitude and confidence! Having good energy makes all the difference too.

You are doing fantastic! You can do this!!

This is wonderful, you have made lot's of changes that will certainly get you to where you want to be. Once per week is too much for me though I can't handle that distraction....yet. Keep it up. emoticon emoticon

Well my success is not necessarily showing on the scale this week. Spark shows me as being another pound down, but really it was more like 1/2 a pound. i'm putting it down to all the joys that come with that time of the month (sorry for tmi!), and am sure my efforts will show on the scale next week.

I've significantly cut back on sugar and processed foods and feel better and more energetic then I have in a long time. I've also started implementing exercise this week and so far so good. I've stuck to my commitments of tracking my food intake honestly and reading at least one Spark article and one motivational Sparkpage today. So to me, that's huge success! Hope you are all having a great day emoticon
