Better to have a few that you've worked into your daily plan than scarf a bag!!! I carry protein bars with me everywhere. in my purse, in my van. Hungry at a barbq is not where I want to be!!! sounds like you did good. I think the sand counts as fiber!!!! emoticon

As long as you plan those Cheetos and don't make a meal out of them, that's fine. We all need a little treat now and then.

It felt good to get out and be a bit social this evening. The wind blew away some of the few cheetos I actually put on my plate. No hamburger bun. Just the patty and some lettuce and tomato. Passed up the potato salad. Passed up the pork and beans. Passed up the hot dogs. But darn those cheetos. They have been my faithful "friend?" since childhood. Wonder if the sand from the wind counts as extra fiber. Was hungry as I arrived. I expected that menu and didn't think to eat better before I went. Still did OK in my own supportive opinion. Something to work on. Hope all are enjoying the weekend. NM is hot and dry... and obviously windy tonight. Hopefully the outdoors are being kinder to others out there.
