emoticon We understand what you are feeling. We have all felt that way at least once, and I many times. This is a great site to find motivation and support. Take it one day at a time, and you will be fine. Don't make too many changes at once, or it may be overwhelming. Read as much a s possible, a little a day.

One change each week works for many people. Some increase water, next give up soda, increase fruits/veges etc. Everyone is different. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Allow light into your heart and home everyday.

I am alone in my fight of trying to lose weight. I have failed way to many times and am suffering physically and mentally from it. I am ashamed of myself.... I know I have to get back on track and make it work for me and I am hoping for the best! It's been such a struggle. I have to do it now, for me!!
