Day 1 - I was actually just a little under - -weird, and I thought I was eating too much. I guess it really does matter not only the quantity of food, but the quality....you can eat more of healthier foods and that is more filling than high calorie smaller treats that do not help you feel full. Now for day 2......



My FIRST goal is to be closer to 200 than 300.....

I'm new here but I just had to respond to this questions. I DID!! I wasn't full all day but I wasn't hungry and didn't have that "I just gotta eat" feeling. I was satisfied. And the more I keep busy, the less I think about food and how "not full" I am.
