Nope was under by almost 500 calories today.
Was so busy getting ready for company tomorrow that I forgot to eat lunch and my 2 small snacks.

Yes. I was actually hungry for the first time in 3 days due to a head cold. I ate, ate, and ate, but used the nutrition tracker and stayed within range.

I've been pretty good about staying in calorie range. I don't excercise much because of Plantar Fascitis, and heel spurs, so I have to keep a close check on the calories.

Live Life to the fullest; always taking time to stop and look at the Llamas.

Tuesday over by about 500 calories, I just couldn't stop eating fried food. The truth is I didn't want to cook as I had been catering for a hoarde all weekend, so hubby went out and bought me that traditional staple English take away, Fried fish (in batter) and chip (fries).

Wednesday, well under by a minimum of 400calories.

doing the right thing isnt always popular,
doing the popular thing isnt always right.

Dont frown because you never know who is falling in love with your smile

I stayed in range yesterday by five calories. But can't say the same for today. Went over three hundred
fifty four calories. But i workout extra hard for another 30 mins. Total of 150 mins. for today. emoticon

No, I ended up being 100 over. The nutritionist I've seen at the Dr. office where I am having lap band ( hopefully in Nov.) said I had to stay within 1500-1700 cal. But the nutritionist I had to see at my PC dr. today said that I shouldn't be watching the calories I should be watching my carbs, protein and fiber. How do I do all of that and stay within all the right ranges given to me?
And what is a sticky?

I was under by about 5 calories & 5 mg of fiber. I seem to have a real problem keeping both in range lately.
