Sunday - 4 walks at 40 minutes/walk
Monday - strength training using resistance bands
Tuesday - trim bushes in back
Wednesday - cleaned the pantry
Thursday - started to clean my mom's home
Friday - cleaned up the front of the house - trimming, sweeping
Saturday - back to mom's house, cleaning up

Sunday -cleaned my car and going for a bike ride
Monday -cleaned some more of my closest, did some pe with my kids and chair exercise
Tuesday - cleaned some more of my closest, went for a bike ride, and for a walk

Thursday -chores and walk in Walmart rain today to do anything else
