There are about 10 days left in the month of April ... and there are 10 letters in the phrase "IT IS SPRING." Celebrate the season ... by doing at least 1 healthy habit a day.

So for the next 10 days, your challenge is to do 1 healthy habit a day. You do not have to do them in any specific order. Just try to do them all, and at least one-a-day, so you're doing something healthy every day.
