Cardio exercise is good for your heart, body and mind. "MOVING" reduces body fat, decreases total cholesterol, boosts mood, lowers resting heart rate, and improves heart and lung function. So letís get "MOVING!"

This week your challenge is to get "MOVING" ... just do some kind of cardio exercise each day, as much as you are able. There are many cardio options to choose from. The important thing is that you choose something you enjoy, and that you are "MOVING" intensely enough to count as cardiovascular exercise. It doesnít matter whether you do the same thing each day or mix it up a bit.
