Here’s how to do the “TAKE 5-5-5-5" breathing technique:

1. Breathe in for 5 seconds
2. Hold for 5 seconds
3. Exhale for 5 seconds
4. Do it 5 times

Post 5 points for each time you manage to complete this technique during each day, and add up your points daily (ex Monday – 6x, 30 points), with a maximum of “20x, 100 points” a day permitted. So just “TAKE 5-5-5-5” and relax a little … no pressure this week!

Every day I am on the verge of making slight changes that would make all the difference in my life.

One day I won't be able to do this, but today is not that day

Our lives can be so very, very stressful (especially right now). And that extra cortisol is fighting against our best efforts. It's time for an especially, stress-less weekly challenge.

So your challenge this week is to do this simple breathing technique—as many times throughout the day as you can. Let’s even make it fun, by seeing who can accumulate the most points by the end of the week!

Here’s how to do the “TAKE 5-5-5-5" breathing technique:

1. Breathe in for 5 seconds
2. Hold for 5 seconds
3. Exhale for 5 seconds
4. Do it 5 times
