Sunday - an avocado with my salad.
Monday - Moved more - grocery shopping and a bit of weeding.
Tuesday - Drank more water - just do not drink enough.

Sun - I slowed down my lunch and dinner meals

Mon - took extra walk

Tue - went meatless all day

Wed - tracked all meals and snacks

Thu - ate rainbow of veggies

Fri - had veggie omelet

Sat - tracked my food

Monday: moved it, track my food and add more fregges
