I love seeing what others are doing in this challenge.
Some great ideas.
Gonna check out the joseph wrap at WalMart. We keep tortillas in the fridge for a quick snack.

SPECIFIC: Drink 6-8 glasses of water, walk every morning, journal food intake.
MEASURABLE: journal water and food intake every day. Write down fitness minutes after every walk.
ATTAINABLE: I will gradually start walking faster and further each week. I can slowly manage my food and water intake.
RELEVENT: To improve my life style by making conscious decisions to change to a healthier me.
TIME ORIENTED: End of BLC43.

REPLACE

Sunday - replaced tangerine for do nut holes I really wanted.
Monday - apple instead of ice cream.
Tuesday - tangerines instead of that ice cream.
Wednesday - popcorn instead of cookie
Thursday - salad instead of ice cream
Friday - Tangerine and blueberries; with a tablespoon of ice cream that I just keep craving.
..... Better to have just a taste than a bowl full!! And that did satisfy my craving.


Looks like ice cream could be my "downfall" We buy Blue Bonnet ice cream and it is sooo goood!

Saturday - popcorn (WW) is my snack

Sunday - I replaced a chocolate donut with oatmeal for breakfast.
Monday - replaced ground beef for ground Turkey for dinner tacos
Tuesday - replaced a high in fat lunch with a high in protein lunch
