- Starting with soup - fills you up
- Chewing gum when grocery shopping - decreases hunger pangs
- Choosing to chew rather drink - apple/orange vs juices
- Packing up ˝ right away - serving sizes are always too big
- Downsizing dinnerware - looks like more on a smaller plate
- Not multitasking while eating – sit at the table, no distractions
- Keeping healthy foods in sight – bad foods: out of sight, out of mind
- Pumping up the volume - supersize veggies without doubling calorie intake

Sunday - extra big salad with dinner
Monday - pre-planned and packed lunch
Tuesday - added veggies to my tomato sauce
Wednesday - one of my tricks is water/tea - keep lots around and sip first, snack only if I'm still hungry.
Thursday - Got my bone broth with my lunch
