Sunday: I spend time with my family , and I will not watch TV
Monday: I will take frequent walk breaks, and I will not sit at my desk for long periods of time
Tuesday: I will eat more veggies as we travel , and I will not chips and junk.
Wednesday: I will focus on felling full , and I will not continue eating when I am not hungry
Thursday: I will focus on the same thing as yesterday , and I will try harder today
Friday: I will exercise outside , and I will not stay indoors today
Saturday: I will focus on non-scale victories, and I will not discouraged with slow progress

Better than Yesterday:

Sunday: I will , and I will not - I will plan my menus, will not skip exercise
Monday: I will , and I will not - I will exercise, will not mindless eat
Tuesday: I will , and I will not - I will attend exercise class, I will not snack during knitting group
Wednesday: I will , and I will not - I will plan my dinner before going out, I will not have dessert
Thursday: I will , and I will not - I will pay bills, I will not procrastinate
Friday: I will , and I will not - I will go to exercise class, I will not eat the food samples at Costco
Saturday: I will , and I will not - I will go back to the basics, I will not mindless eat at the open house

Every day ask yourself what will I do AND will I not do ... to make your day “BETTER THAN YESTERDAY.” The following are just suggestions, to get you thinking. Most likely you will have different "I WILL's" and "I WILL NOT's."

Examples:
I will eat fruit for snacks, and I will not eat chocolate today
I will track calories, and I will not forget to drink my water
I will enjoy time with family, and I will not waste time watching TV
I will go to bed early, and I will not put too much on my to-do list
I will do some relaxing breathing, and I will not eat junk food
I will eat a freggie with every meal/snack, I will not drink Cola
I will focus on NSV's, and I will not focus on the scale so much




Sunday: I will prep my meals , and I will not snack on junk food
Monday: I will stay focused and I will not over stress everything
Tuesday: I will do my 10 min exercise, and I will not make excuses
Wednesday: I will take time to relax , and I will not over stress everything I can't accomplish
Thursday: I will eat more freggies and I will not snack on junk
Friday: I will track and I will not skip exercise
Saturday: I will make good choices, and I will not eat junk

SPECIFIC: Drink 6-8 glasses of water, walk every morning, journal food intake.
MEASURABLE: journal water and food intake every day. Write down fitness minutes after every walk.
ATTAINABLE: I will gradually start walking faster and further each week. I can slowly manage my food and water intake.
RELEVENT: To improve my life style by making conscious decisions to change to a healthier me.

Your challenge this week is to think about what you can do, each day, to make each day “BETTER THAN YESTERDAY” … by simply answering these 2 questions every day this week.

What positive thing WILL you do today (that you didn’t do yesterday)?
What negative thing WILL you NOT do today (that you did yesterday)?
