Gotta get started on this list.

1. Walk at least 15 minutes today - Tues
2. Eat at least 5 freggies today
3. Sleep at least 7 hours tonight - Wed.
4. Do at least 4 strength-training exercises today - Mon.
5. Drink at least 8 glass of water today
........This is a hard one for me - I just do not drink water - but am trying.
6. Take at least 10 minutes of "me-time" today - Sun,
7. Stretch for at least 5 minutes today - Thurs.

SPECIFIC: Drink 6-8 glasses of water, walk every morning, journal food intake.
MEASURABLE: journal water and food intake every day. Write down fitness minutes after every walk.
ATTAINABLE: I will gradually start walking faster and further each week. I can slowly manage my food and water intake.
RELEVENT: To improve my life style by making conscious decisions to change to a healthier me.
TIME ORIENTED: End of BLC43.
