Sunday - 3 mile outdoor walk
Monday - 15 wall push ups
Tuesday - 2 mile walk and 15 wall push ups
Wednesday - 60 minutes of exercise, including 15 wall push ups
Thursday - 15 wall push ups, 1 mile outdoor walk, 30 minute walking video
Friday - Add 6K steps to my Fitbit goal (I will do 17K steps today)

Sunday - very bad pain with arthritis today - did the best I could
Monday - different kind of cardio
Tuesday - heavier weights
Wednesday - intervals/short bursts
Thursday - add a few more minutes
Friday - lift heavier weights
Saturday - not sure what to list this as but I worked in the garden hoeing weeds - worked my upper arms!!

SPECIFIC: Drink 6-8 glasses of water, walk every morning, journal food intake.
MEASURABLE: journal water and food intake every day. Write down fitness minutes after every walk.
ATTAINABLE: I will gradually start walking faster and further each week. I can slowly manage my food and water intake.
RELEVENT: To improve my life style by making conscious decisions to change to a healthier me.
TIME ORIENTED: End of BLC43.

Sunday - lifted heavier weights
Monday - walked 1K steps more = 8K
Tuesday - did intervals, got up my heart rate
Wednesday - Walked the hood after my exercise class
Thursday - walked further than normal
Friday - added 20 more minutes than usual
Saturday - did intervals again
