Friday - Feeling a bit better - drank apple juice again - trying to stay away from fiber

We would all agree that eating an "APPLE A DAY" is a healthy thing to do, don't you think? In fact, you've probably heard ... an apple a day keeps the doctor away, right? I'm going to take it one step further, and suggest that an "APPLE A DAY" keeps the pounds away! So your Challenge for this week is to eat an "APPLE A DAY," for at least 5 days out of the week.

Try to at least eat an "APPLE A DAY," for 5 days out of the week, but more if you can. Come here daily & post how many apples you ate. Let's keep those pounds away!
